ARCAVEO CARD
ARCAVEO CARD is a branded payment card programme offered under the ARCAVEO brand by Blockchain Innovations Inc.
Certain card, payment, processing, conversion, settlement, custody, compliance, identity-verification and technology services are provided by specialised third-party service providers and programme partners.
Where legally or contractually required, the identity and role of the relevant issuing entity, card-programme provider or other contractual service provider will be disclosed during onboarding, card application or in the applicable Cardholder Terms.
Blockchain Innovations Inc is not a bank.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blockchain Innovations Inc does not itself provide deposit-taking, banking, investment-management, brokerage or securities services.
TERMS OF USE
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of arcaveocard.com and publicly available ARCAVEO website content.
By accessing this website, you acknowledge these Terms.
2. Website Purpose
The ARCAVEO website provides information about:
ARCAVEO CARD;
virtual and physical card models;
supported digital assets;
card funding;
card functionality;
fees and limits;
eligibility;
geographic availability; and
ARCAVEO-related services.
Certain products or features described on this website may not yet be commercially available.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes:
investment advice;
financial advice;
legal advice;
tax advice;
investment research;
an offer of securities; or
a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any digital asset.
ARCAVEO CARD is intended as a payment-related product and not as an investment product.
4. Availability and Eligibility
ARCAVEO products may not be available in every country or territory.
Availability may depend on:
applicable law;
card-network rules;
programme requirements;
sanctions restrictions;
KYC and AML requirements;
issuing-partner requirements;
supported digital assets;
technical availability; and
other eligibility requirements.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
5. Identity Verification
Users may be required to successfully complete identity verification before accessing card services.
ARCAVEO uses Sumsub for identity-verification and KYC services.
Additional compliance procedures may be performed by applicable programme partners and service providers.
6. External Wallet Funding
ARCAVEO may allow eligible users to fund their card using supported digital assets transferred from compatible external wallets.
ARCAVEO does not require users to hold their digital assets in one specific wallet before card funding.
Where assets remain in a user’s self-custody wallet, they remain under that user’s control.
Once assets are transferred into card-related infrastructure for funding, payment, conversion or settlement, different custody and processing arrangements may apply.
The applicable Cardholder Terms will govern those assets or funds.
7. Supported Digital Assets
ARCAVEO is expected to support selected digital assets, with an initial focus on stablecoins including USDT and USDC.
Supported assets may vary according to:
blockchain network;
jurisdiction;
programme configuration;
technical availability; and
service-provider support.
8. Visa
Where an ARCAVEO Card is issued through the Visa network, it may be used at eligible merchants accepting Visa, subject to applicable programme rules, geographic restrictions, merchant acceptance and Cardholder Terms.
Visa acceptance is not guaranteed at every merchant, in every jurisdiction or for every transaction type.
Visa and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
9. Fees and Limits
Fees and limits may apply.
These may include:
card issuance fees;
card service fees;
funding fees;
conversion fees;
foreign-exchange fees;
ATM fees;
delivery fees;
blockchain fees; and
other applicable charges.
Current fees and limits will be disclosed through the applicable Fees & Limits schedule, onboarding process, account interface or Cardholder Terms.
10. Product Changes
ARCAVEO is under active development.
Features, fees, supported assets, card models, jurisdictions, launch dates and functionality may change.
Contractual information presented during onboarding takes precedence over general marketing information.
11. Intellectual Property
The ARCAVEO name, ARCAVEO CARD name, logos, graphics, designs and website content are owned by or licensed to Blockchain Innovations Inc unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
12. Acceptable Use
The ARCAVEO website must not be used:
unlawfully;
fraudulently;
to distribute malware;
to interfere with website security;
to obtain unauthorised access;
to impersonate another person;
to infringe intellectual-property rights; or
to circumvent restrictions.
13. Third-Party Services
ARCAVEO relies on third-party providers for certain card, payment, compliance and technology services.
Separate terms and privacy notices may apply where required.
14. Website Availability
Blockchain Innovations Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockchain Innovations Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting solely from reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Governing Law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Panama unless mandatory laws applicable to an individual user provide otherwise.
